Staff are absolutely lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. Had a great first time experience here today. Was able to easily register my cats and was reassured and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Abosolutely amazing service. My mums cat was comfortable and curious. The team were amazing and lovely. The place was so clean. The atmosphere there was so calming and we cant wait to go back! Nora is happy and still running around. Thank you all. 🥰

The Team, the treats the gentle treatment the tennis balls…Teddybear loved it. Trips to the vet are normally stressful for pooch and owner. The CC approach is so kind whilst being incredibly thorough & detailed. I actually feel very lucky to have gotten Teddy membership, I wish they did humans too. Thank you to the CC team
