Superb vet. So lovely, friendly & genuinely caring. I had a bit of drama with my new cat & he had to have day procedures. I felt so comfortable leaving him with the team & they kept me fully updated. For routine visits Dr Rinat always gives him time to settle himself before starting to weigh or vaccinate or whatever he needs. I never feel like we’re being rushed & I feel like they build time into appointments for the animal’s comfort. Insurance is always dealt with quickly. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Brought my kitten along for his first vaccinations and everyone made me and my kitten very welcome. They answered all of my questions and spent time teaching me how to look after my kitten. The receptionist was great at explaining how everything works and what to expect on the first visit. I called around four Vets trying to select a kind and patient Vet. And I selected Paw Vets for this reason. Great experience all round!

I wish everyone was like Dr Rinat and team. The only person who loved them more was my ten year old and my cat whose life she undoubtedly saved, leaving her lunch on the table on a Saturday afternoon!
