Definitely the best vets around for rabbits. Been to a different vets and two by two are best. They seem more knowledgeable and genuinely care. Would recommend them above other local vets. The Palace Gates branch is very convenient.

We can't thank Two by Two Veterinary Centre Finchley enough, for making our trip to Amsterdam with our dog Sally easy. Rabies vaccination, health certificate and worming treatment were all carried out professionally. All the advice given was spot on. Thank you Two by Two.

I have visited this practice before and have had a very positive experience with Dr Dora, which is why I was so disappointed by my recent appointment with Dr Andrew. The consultation felt very rushed. Before I felt Toffee’s legs had been thoroughly examined or her history discussed, I was told she needed an X-ray. I completely understand that X-rays are often necessary, but I expected a more thorough examination and explanation first. The comment, “I don’t have X-ray eyes,” came across as dismissive rather than reassuring. During the appointment, Dr Andrew referred to Toffee as an Indian Runner duck. I immediately corrected him that she is a Pekin duck, but he still seemed unsure. I was then even more disappointed to see the practice later post on Instagram referring to Toffee as an Indian Runner duck again, despite having been corrected. Altogether, this left me feeling that my concerns weren’t properly listened to, and unfortunately I left with very little confidence in the consultation.

Honestly the best experience with vets in London so far. I have two cats and I've been needing the services quite regularly for the past 2 years, it was always easy and efficient. Also, customer service is very kind, which is so important, and I always get the feeling that they actually care. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The vets truly know exactly what they’re doing and took such great care of my cat Buddy. A special mention to Chris, who looked after Buddy so well he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals. The prices are very affordable, especially for the level of care and professionalism you receive. We felt completely at ease knowing Buddy was in such good hands. Highly recommend!
